Less than a year after opening the Westervin shop, my handmade fiber accessories started garnering wholesale interest. To meet that interest and to expand my line into local and national retailers, I developed a wholesale plan by identifying a target market, setting a pricing strategy, constructing a communication plan, and creating a comprehensive wholesale catalogue and linesheet.
